Something about a spoon

A cartoon. In the living room at night, with a crayon still on the rug, Mom stands with her hand on her chin and a fond, faraway smile, trying to remember. Dad leans in beside her, smiling too, waiting to hear it. The caption, in Mom's words, says: "Funniest thing Pip's ever said. Something about a spoon."
